Some insightful answers to some very good questions.. Clearing and Auras Dear Lisa, How do people pick up other peoples stuff? Is it a weakness (i.e., holes) in their auric fields? Everyone picks up other peoples stuff, most just believe it is theirs, and if you believe it's yours, then it is. That's what boogies (negative thought forms) do, they try to get negative agreement, to attach. Bringing them into the light, detaches them. An example would be, if, when you were two, someone, your brother perhaps - a three year old, said you were stupid. Well, of course, as a small child you would believe your big brother. So then, farther in life, when you try to move forward, if someone, on conscious or subconscious fields, is jealous or has reason to not want you to succeed, and they sent negative energy - in the form of a little boogie thought form that said, "You're stupid" and you believed it, that little thought form would have "somewhere" to attach in your field. I teach people how to work internally to remove these attachments and heal the places they can attach. I can see them and I help remove them by bringing them into the Light. If left they can create denser and denser forms, heaviness, self doubts, distrust, disease, etc. People that work on others, whether they are a masseuse, Reiki Master, psychic or some other practitioner are especially subject to picking up other peoples stuff because of their willingness to help and their openness to energies. The ideal is to be totally transparent so the stuff all goes through into The Light and does not stick. This takes years of work. So anywhere that someone you were working on had a similar issue to one you still had and you relieved it from them through your massage, Reiki, or psychic reading, then you would have to deal with clearing it, or you could become overloaded and denser yourself and have to live out some of their Karma. When you are transparent in those areas, such as, knowing you are not stupid and forgiving your brother for what he said in this example, then, the energies (boogies) pass through you into The Light, and God takes them HOME. Then, you help the people without having to carry their burdens. As I stated before, "The Release", on my web site, will help remove them. The short answer got long, but, basically, if you are willing to help, don't exposed yourself to more than you are ready to handle and understand allot of the energies are not yours. It can be weaknesses (i.e., holes) in your auric fields, which would be self doubts, injuries and attacks from others or it could be similar issues, like you both having similar mother issues. It could be allot of other things. Everyone picks up stuff all the time, that is why I use "The Release" daily. It's like taking a bath with Light. WARNING TO NEWBEES If you intentionally intend to clear specific individuals without their conscious knowledge, you are violating their freewill and that's a major No No, and you could end up with their Karma. This (Earth) is a classroom, they are here to learn, if you remove their lessons (or try to) you are cheating them and they would just have to learn it again. You can clean up other people and countries energies in a generic way and lighten their load by asking that anything that is not of The Light, go into The Light, according to Gods Will. Be careful, be responsible. Working on yourself and Being the Light, just Being, helps the planet and everyone on it. Still working toward higher and higher levels of consciousness...
